Nutter served as legal advisor to a joint venture managed by Leggat McCall Properties and DLJ Real Estate Capital Partners in connection with its $140 million financing of 101 South Street, a state-of-the-art office and lab development in Somerville’s Boynton Yards. The legal team was led by Beth Mitchell and Marianne Ajemian.

Currently under construction, the 289,000-square-foot, Class A office and lab development will include nine stories of life sciences space and approximately 13,500 square feet of ground floor retail. It is scheduled to open simultaneously with the planned 2021 launch of the new MBTA Green Line station at Union Square.
