Valerie Moore, a partner in Nutter’s Real Estate Department and chair of the EBC Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee, will moderate the How-To Comply with the New MEPA EJ Regulations and Protocols webinar organized by the Environmental Business Council (EBC) of New England. This event will focus on the recent changes to the MEPA Regulations, 301 CMR 11.00 and the two new MEPA Environmental Justice Protocols: the MEPA Public Involvement Protocol for Environmental Justice Populations; and MEPA Interim Protocol for Analysis of Project Impacts on Environmental Justice Populations. The goal of the program is to give practitioners guidance on MEPA’s expectations for proponents and insights into how MEPA will evaluate filings for compliance with the new Environmental Justice regulations and protocols as well as practical advice on how to comply.
