Tom Jalkut, a partner in the firm’s Private Client Department, and Jeff Roberts, chair of the department, will present at MCLE as part of the MUPC & MUTC Update 2019. In the program, expert faculty will provide the public with the latest on the MUPC and MUTC, including insights into the pragmatic aspects one needs to know and helpful tips to make day-to-day practices more efficient. Tom will speak on court-related issues under the MUTC and Jeff will present on options to close and estate.
