Tom Jalkut, a partner in the firm’s Private Client Department, and Jeff Roberts, chair of the department, will speak at the Massachusetts Bar Association’s Seventh Annual Probate Law Conference. Tom will discuss the “Powers of Appointment: What Are They and Why Are They Important?” Jeff will address “Selection of Trustees and Trust Distribution Standards.” The conference offers 20 courses over multiple programming tracks, providing timely updates about probate practices, procedures and forms, new regulations, and important court decisions.
