Ian Roffman Presents at NAFA’s 2026 Annuity Leadership Forum

Ian Roffman, chair of Nutter’s Securities Enforcement and Litigation practice group, will serve as a panelist at the 2026 National Association for Fixed Annuities’ (NAFA) Annuity Leadership Forum. He will discuss Nutter's recent trial against the SEC for a retail financial services firm at the “Regulation by Enforcement” panel.
