Mark Leonardo, a partner in Nutter's Intellectual Property Department and co-chair of the firm's Trademarks and Brands practice, was a featured speaker at MIT's Enterprise Forum — Start Smart Seminar on May 24, 2021. Mark presented "Legal Issues for Startups," in which attendees learned what they need to know about startup legal issues in the areas of corporate law, employment, intellectual property and financing. 

Start Smart is an interactive virtual seminar for entrepreneurs who are serious about launching a startup. CEOs, successful entrepreneurs, and others who’ve seen and done it all before are invited guest speakers and an integral component of the learning experience.
