His December 9 session, "Legal Essentials for Scaling CPG Brands," will cover common contract issues that growing brands encounter, including broker and sales agreements, distribution contracts, and other key agreements, highlighting practical risks and best-practice approaches.
On December 10, "Legal Issues Affecting CPG Brands" will address foundational considerations every growing company should understand, from corporate formation and capital raises to hiring employees and registering trademarks, along with legal best practices that position companies for long-term growth and, ultimately, a successful exit.
