Seth Berman, a partner in Nutter’s Litigation Department and leader of the firm’s Privacy and Data Security practice group, will moderate a panel at the Boston Bar Association’s (BBA) Privacy & Cybersecurity Conference: Managing Digital Risk. Seth’s panel will address how attorneys should advise boards of directors about cyberattacks and incident response. In addition, Seth is serving as a member of the Conference Advisory Committee.

This full-day conference will cover a wide range of topics from data breach response and litigation to compliance and transactional issues. Panelists will discuss new developments in the legal and regulatory landscape, while offering insights into challenges and opportunities ahead.
