Seth Berman, a partner in Nutter’s Litigation Department, will speak on a panel at the Licensing Executives Society (LES) 2018 Annual Meeting. More than 500 intellectual property professionals from across the United States and Canada will attend the conference.

Seth’s panel, “Managing Cross Border IP Enforcement: Hot Topic Issues in the United States, Canada and Europe,” will address the most current cross-border intellectual property issues and the ways in which they are being managed by courts and regulatory authorities in the United States, Canada, and Europe. The speakers will discuss patent exhaustion, international sourcing of patented products, divided infringement, and pre-trial discovery.
