Seth Berman, a partner and leader of Nutter’s Privacy and Data Security practice group, will discuss the role of an organization’s legal department when it comes to dealing with cyberattacks at an Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) Northeast event. Seth’s presentation, “What is a GC To Do? Cyberattacks and the Role of the Legal Department,” will address how the general counsel and other members of the corporate legal department need to be capable and informed leaders when responding to cyberattacks and the ongoing threats.
