Nutter hosted the Social Innovation Forum’s (SIF) program “Finding Community-Based Solutions to Food Insecurity” on March 15. This educational event is part of SIF’s annual Social Issue Talk Series where funders and community leaders hear from leading experts and SIF’s 2016 Social Innovators about the latest trends, best practices, and exciting innovations across a variety of fields. The Social Innovation Forum provides a unique combination of capacity building and network building to create positive social change in greater Boston and actively connects supporters (funders, investors, and volunteers) and practitioners (nonprofit and social business leaders) to build productive relationships focused on growing social impact.

Julia Satti Cosentino, a partner in Nutter’s Trusts and Estates Department and co-chair of the Nutter Charitable Advisors practice group, served as a guest blogger for SIF, recapping the event in the post “Finding Community-Based Solutions to Food Insecurity—Reflections from the March 2016 Social Issue Talk Series.”
