Print PDF

Nutter is joining several other leading law firms as a bronze sponsor of the upcoming ABA Corporate Counsel CLE seminar early next year. The seminar is presented by the ABA Section of Litigation Corporate Counsel Committee of which partner Ken Berman is a co-chair, and will include a range of timely discussions for inside and outside counsel, focused on how changes in technology, the economic landscape, and enhanced regulation are affecting litigation, trial strategy, ADR, and risk management. The seminar is known for its collaborative atmosphere and open discussion and will feature panels ranging from corporate compliance, ethics, e-discovery, trial technology, and jury dynamics to social media evidence, class actions, and virtual law firms.
