Nutter is sponsoring MassEcon’s 12th Annual Team Massachusetts Economic Impact Award luncheon on November 24. The event recognizes seventeen companies for their outstanding contributions to the Massachusetts economy. Recipients were selected on the basis of job growth, facility expansion, investment, and community involvement. Michael Scott, a partner in the Real Estate and Finance Department, and a member of the board of directors of MassEcon, will attend the event, which will feature an address by Governor Charles D. Baker.

The winning companies— three from each of the state’s five geographic regions, plus two Community Heroes—were selected after site visits and a reception with their competitors and judges held at and sponsored by the firm. MassEcon is the state’s private sector partner in promoting Massachusetts as the premier choice for business growth and works to ensure that business stays, grows, and thrives in the Commonwealth.
