Nutter partners host ULI Boston Market Council Breakfast Meeting “The Downtown Class B Market Takes Off”

Bob Fishman, chair of the Land Use, Permitting and Development practice group, and Marianne Ajemian and Michael Zabowsky, partners in the practice group, hosted the Urban Land Institute (ULI)/Boston Market Council (BMC) Breakfast Meeting “The Downtown Class B Market Takes Off” in the firm’s Louis D. Brandeis Conference Center on June 19. The forum featured guest speakers Dave Martel of Cushman & Wakefield who gave an overview of the Class B Market and Sam Flood of TIAA-CREF who led a discussion on the recent acquisition of 40 Broad Street.

ULI Boston draws its members from all sectors of the real estate industry from architects and developers to CEOs to analysts. Using this interdisciplinary approach, ULI examines land use issues, discusses commercial transactions, impartially reports findings, and convenes forums to find creative solutions.
