Melissa McMorrow Sampson, chair of Nutter’s Tax Department and co-chair of Nutter Charitable Advisors, will present at The Capital Network’s one day event “Choosing The Right Entity – How To Set Your Company On The Right Track” on June 21. Melissa will address the plentiful entity options that exist and focus on the myriad ways they might affect the growth of a business such as getting funding, managing equity, and how to file taxes. Melissa will provide guidance on how decisions can affect a company’s growth, operations, and structure in the face of new and ever-changing regulations and options.
