Marianne Ajemian to Moderate Panel at ACREL’s Annual Meeting

Marianne Ajemian, chair of Nutter’s Real Estate Department, will moderate a panel discussion comparing and contrasting the market conditions in the U.S. and Canada at the American College of Real Estate Lawyers (ACREL) 2019 Annual Meeting. During the session, “Exploring the Great White North: Navigating the Differences in Canadian and U.S. Real Estate Transactions,” the speakers will compare and contrast at a macro level Canadian and U.S. real estate finance and investment transactions; share views on the current market cycle and valuations; identify disruptors, trouble spots, and early warning signs; and impart what keeps real estate finance and investment executives up at night.
