Jonathan Kotlier and Ian Roffman Present at the BBA’s Program ‘SEC/DOJ Priorities and Practices as a New Administration Unfolds’

Jonathan L. Kotlier, chair of Nutter’s Government Investigations and White Collar Crime practice group, and Ian Roffman, chair of Nutter’s Litigation Department and a member of the firm’s Securities Enforcement and Litigation practice group, will serve as a moderator and panelist, respectively, at the Boston Bar Association’s (BBA) program “SEC/DOJ Priorities and Practices as a New Administration Unfolds” on April 27. During this annual update on securities enforcement, panelists will discuss enforcement priorities, advocacy before the SEC, and carve-outs for attorneys’ fees in TROs. Topics include enforcement priorities for the USAO and the SEC’s Boston Regional Office, how best to advocate for clients before the SEC, the latest on SEC forum choice and remedies, and other hot topics.
