Ken Ehrlich to moderate panel at Massachusetts Bankers Association’s ‘Mutual Bank Program’

Ehrlich, co-chair of Nutter’s Banking and Financial Services practice group, will moderate the “Mutual Bank and Bank Holding Companies Combinations and Mergers” panel at the Massachusetts Bankers Association’s “Mutual Bank Program” on February 23. The program will focus on some of the most pertinent issues facing mutual banks, including raising capital, mergers and mutual combinations, and maintaining profitability. The program is geared towards directors, CEOs, CFOs, and senior managers and is open to banks of all charters.
