Kenneth R. Berman, a partner in the firm’s Litigation Department, served as a panelist at the New England Legal Foundation Spring Breakfast Program on April 30. The program’s topic was how to succeed in China, and Ken’s particular presentation focused on the difference between the Uniform Commercial Code provisions governing the sale of goods (American law) and its international counterpart, the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
