Ken Berman to Present on Witness Preparation at UConn Law Alumni Event

Ken Berman, a partner and co-chair of the Business Litigation practice group at Nutter, will deliver a presentation based on his ABA best-selling book, Reinventing Witness Preparation: Unlocking the Secrets to Testimonial Success, at an upcoming UConn Law Alumni Boston Breakfast Brief. Ken’s TED-style talk, “Out of the Mouths of Politicians: Making Witnesses Great Again,” will distill witness preparation lessons from statements by some of our most prominent presidential politicians and show how these lessons can convert ordinary witnesses into great ones.
