Kenneth R. Berman, a partner in Nutter’s Litigation Department and co-chair of the firm’s Business Litigation practice group, will present at the Boston Bar Association’s (BBA) lunch program “Negotiating and Enforcing Protective Orders in Trade Secret Cases” on June 9. The program will feature three prominent commercial litigation attorneys from Boston discussing their experiences in negotiating, enforcing, and working with protective orders in trade secret litigation. The panel will cover the life of a protective order through negotiation and drafting, court approval, discovery, filings under seal, and the use of protected material at trial.
