Jonathan Kotlier Moderates BBA’s ‘Securities Enforcement 2016’ Program

The program, which focused on an update on securities enforcement for 2016, consisted of three panels featuring attorneys from the Securities & Exchange Commission, the U.S. Attorney's office, and private practice.
