Will Bernat, co-chair of Nutter’s Emerging Companies Group and a partner in the firm's Food and Beverage industry group, will present at Nutter’s Food & Beverage lunch program “Negotiating Commercial Agreements for High Growth Food & Beverage Entrepreneurs” on April 4, 2017. Due to popular demand, the firm is reoffering this roundtable discussion geared towards food and beverage entrepreneurs.

Will will navigate through common issues encountered by entrepreneurs when negotiating commercial agreements in the food and beverage industry, including co-pack, distribution, broker/agency, and product development agreements. Topics include exclusivity, termination and termination fees, non-compete obligations, protection of intellectual property, and other potential pitfalls.
