Ian Roffman, a partner in the firm’s Securities Enforcement and Litigation practice group, served as moderator of a discussion with the SEC’s National Unit of the Municipal Securities and Public Pensions Unit, the director of the SEC's Boston office, and the head of enforcement of the SEC’s Boston office at the Boston Bar Association's program "Meet the Regulators: A Conversation with Senior SEC Enforcement Officials" on December 3. The SEC officials discussed the current priorities and practices of the SEC's Enforcement Division.
