Rubin, a partner in the firm’s Labor, Employment and Benefits practice group, will present at Suffolk University Law School’s 3rd Annual Corporate Counsel Institute “Tackling Hot Topics in Labor and Employment Law” on September 19. David will lead the session “Drafting Tips for Employment Agreements: Compensation, Competition, and Confidentiality,” which will explore the benefits and traps inherent in various types of contracts. The session will focus on which employees are asked to sign contracts, so that one’s company can develop its own coherent strategy as to how and for whom these contracts should be utilized.
