About the Speakers

Tracey Noonan

Co-Founder and CEO, Wicked Good Cupcakes

Tracey Noonan co-founded Wicked Good Cupcakes Inc. with her daughter Dani. After an appearance on ABC’s Shark Tank and making a deal with Shark Kevin O’Leary, the company grew by 600% (in their first year) making the business a 20 million dollar company. In the four short years since Shark Tank's airing, Wicked Good Cupcakes now franchises and focuses on corporate gifting.

Wicked Good Cupcakes was recognized as a fastest growing business in MA by the Boston Business Journal. In 2016 and 2017, the company was also named to the Inc. Magazine 5,000 list of the fastest growing companies in America. Tracey was a finalist in the prestigious Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year competition in 2015, 2016, and 2017. She has also mentored MBA students for Babson College’s innovative WIN Lab.

Scott Noonan

Co-Founder and COO, Wicked Good Cupcakes

Scott Noonan has spent over 20 years in the fast-paced world of technology working for large enterprises and small start-ups. In 2015, he left the technology world to join his wife and daughter at Wicked Good Cupcakes, a company that began in their home kitchen that has since become the number one shipper of cupcakes direct to consumers in the country. Having participated in the inception of multiple start-ups, Scott has learned to bring the mentality of “moving at internet speed” to every organization he’s been involved with. He believes that to survive in today’s business environment, one must learn to be flexible and be able to not only keep up with the ever-changing consumer landscape, but figure out how to stay ahead of it as well.
