Ken Berman, a partner in Nutter’s Litigation Department and co-chair of the firm’s Business Litigation practice group, will present at the Massachusetts Bar Association (MBA) on April 3. Ken will co-lead a seminar on “Raise Your Right Hand: Contrasting Approaches to Witness Preparation,” which will explore innovative perspectives on witness preparation, encouraging attorneys to rethink the typical speech often given to anxious clients getting ready to testify at a deposition or at trial.
