Overview

TaraLynn A. Reinhart is an associate in Nutter’s Private Client Department. Clients rely on TaraLynn’s counsel in a variety of areas, including straightforward estate planning for young families to more sophisticated plans focusing on minimizing estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer taxes. Fiduciaries, personal representatives, and family members frequently engage TaraLynn in all aspects of probate, estate and trust administration, and TaraLynn works with private charitable foundations on grantmaking, tax compliance, and general administration matters.

TaraLynn has experience collaborating with advising teams, family offices, and client counsel on transfer tax, estate and trust administration, legacy planning, philanthropy, and cross-border wealth tax issues. She frequently prepares foundational estate, business succession, and legacy plans. TaraLynn also counsels clients through formation and exemption filings for various nonprofit organizations.

Prior to re-joining Nutter in 2024, TaraLynn was an estate planning lead advisor at an investment advisory firm. Before that, she practiced trusts and estates law at a boutique estate planning firm and an international law firm.

TaraLynn serves as the chair of the Philip L. Burton Memorial Scholarship Committee of the Loren Miller Bar Association. Previously, she was a member of the Judicial Evaluation Committee of the Loren Miller Bar Association, a member of the BRAVO! Council of the Seattle Opera, a member of the Young Patrons Circle of the Seattle Ballet, a board member of Mediagirls, and a member of the Museum Council at the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston.
