Meghan E. McCullen

Meghan E. McCullen is an associate in Nutter’s Private Client Department. Meghan collaborates with high net worth domestic and international individuals and families to create estate plans that integrate GST and estate tax planning, charitable giving, and asset protection.

Meghan has experience in all aspects of estate planning for a wide range of clients, fiduciary research, dispute resolution, and complex trust and estate administration. She frequently drafts estate planning documents, including spousal lifetime access trusts, grantor retained annuity trusts, insurance trusts, and charitable deduction trusts. Meghan also handles state and federal estate tax returns and gift tax returns. She provides strategic counsel to clients across different states and evaluates tax implications for changes in domicile.

Prior to joining Nutter, Meghan practiced trusts and estates law at a mid-size firm in Boston.
