K. Ellen Audrain

K. Ellen Audrain is an associate in Nutter’s Private Client Department. Ellen focuses on assisting clients on estate planning and in trust and estate administration. 

Prior to joining Nutter, Ellen was a trial preparation assistant at the New York County District Attorney’s Office in the Special Victims Bureau’s Sex Crimes Unit. Ellen has also interned for the Hon. Jennifer C. Boal at the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. 

In law school, Ellen was the vice chair of finance at the Student Bar Association and a member of the Community Council and Alumni Relations Committee. She was a Phi Alpha Delta Volunteer Mentor and a member of the Women’s Law Caucus. Ellen also researched child welfare issues for Citizens for Juvenile Justice.
