Hope E. Morency

Hope E. Morency is an associate in Nutter’s Private Client Department. Hope advises high net worth individuals and families on estate planning and administration, probate matters, strategies for minimizing estate taxes, and philanthropic giving.

Prior to joining Nutter, Hope was an associate at a full-service litigation firm. She reviewed contracts and agreements, drafted various motions, deposed witnesses, and prepared answers to complaints, interrogatories, and requests for production of documents. Previously, Hope interned at the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA) Office of General Counsel and worked as a legal assistant at a boutique law firm in Rhode Island.

During law school, Hope served as a staff member for the Suffolk Journal of Trial & Appellate Advocacy.
