Benjamin N. Fink

Benjamin N. Fink is a law clerk in Nutter’s Litigation Department. Ben advises clients across diverse industries through all phases of litigation.

Prior to joining Nutter, Ben was a judicial intern for the Hon. Andrea K. Johnstone and Paul J. Barbadoro in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Hampshire. He prepared draft decisions and bench memoranda for both judges, participated in mediations, researched case law on a variety of matters before the court, and observed courtroom proceedings. Previously, Ben gained legal experience as a government affairs clerk at BGR Group and as a paralegal for a real estate attorney. He also interned with U.S. Senator Roy Blunt in Washington D.C.

During law school, Ben served as the executive notes editor for the Boston College Law Review.

In 2025, Ben ran in the Boston Marathon in support of Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital.
