Jennifer Guccione Hoar

Jennifer G. Hoar is an associate in Nutter’s Private Client Department. She advises clients on trust administration, health care proxies, HIPAA releases, and other aspects of estate planning and administration.

Jennifer is a member of the Class III of the New England Fellows Institute of The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC). She is also a member of the 2026 class of LCLD Pathfinders.

Prior to joining Nutter, Jennifer served as a judicial law clerk with the Hon. Rachel E. Hershfang in the Massachusetts Appeals Court. Previously, she interned with the Hon. Theresa A. Bisenius in the Essex County Probate and Family Court and the Hon. Thomas A. Connors in the Norfolk County Superior Court. Additionally, Jennifer was a student attorney at Massachusetts Advocates for Children and interned at the Committee for Public Counsel Services in the Children and Family Law Division.

During law school, Jennifer was the vice president of the Family Law Society and the school representative to the American Bar Association.
