Erik J. McHale
Erik J. McHale is an associate in Nutter’s Real Estate Department. He advises buyers and sellers in a wide range of real estate transactions. Erik also has experience representing commercial landlords and tenants in lease negotiations.
Prior to joining Nutter, Erik was a real estate associate at a New England law firm. Erik also gained legal experience as a legal intern for Nouria Energy Corporation and as a judicial intern for the Honorable David H. Hennessy at the U.S. District Court, District of Massachusetts.
During law school, Erik served as an articles editor on the Suffolk University Law Review. He received the Jurisprudence Award in his Business Entity Fundamentals class and was the winner of “Best Brief” in his Legal Practice Skills class. He was also a member of the Rehnquist Inn, Phi Delta Phi International Legal Honor Society and the Frankfurter chapter of the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity.
