Liza Cox Quoted on Mashpee Commons Development Agreement in Cape Cod Times

Liza Cox, a partner in Nutter's Real Estate Department and a member of the Development, Land Use and Permitting practice group, was quoted in the Cape Cod Times article, “Mashpee Commons deemed eligible for development agreement.” Liza, who is representing Mashpee Commons, said the agreement will help produce a “model smart-growth community” by acting as a “master development agreement” for future development projects on the land.
