Nutter Partner Paul Ayoub Elected Vice Chair of the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce’s Board of Directors

Nutter partner Paul J. Ayoub has been elected Vice Chair of the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce’s Board of Directors. A longtime member of the Board’s Executive Committee, Ayoub also serves as Secretary and General Counsel as well as co-chair of the Chamber’s Real Estate Development Committee.

“Paul’s service to the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce has been invaluable, particularly in my first year leading the organization,” said James E. Rooney, president & CEO of the Chamber. “On behalf of the Chamber and the entire Board of Directors, I thank Paul for his leadership in the Boston business community and for his many years of service to the Board as our Secretary and General Counsel. I am so pleased that Paul is willing to continue that service.”

A member of Nutter’s Executive Committee, Ayoub is a member of the firm’s Real Estate and Finance Department, the Commercial Finance and Land Use Permitting and Development practice groups, and Nutter Charitable Advisors. He has 30 years of experience in representing clients in the financing and development of commercial real estate projects. Ayoub also advises clients in the areas of regulatory enforcement and compliance.

Dedicated to supporting civic and charitable organizations, Ayoub serves as Chair of the national Board of Directors of ALSAC, the fundraising and awareness organization for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. In addition, he is a member of the Board of Incorporators of the Boston Local Development Corporation, a member of the Board of Directors of the Real Estate Finance Association, and chairs the Building Committee of the Board of Trustees of Noble and Greenough School in Dedham, Massachusetts.
