David Ferrera moderates ABA panel "Current Developments in Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Litigation"

David Ferrera, a partner in the firm's Litigation Department and chair of the Product Liability practice group, served as a moderator of the American Bar Association's (ABA) Section of Litigation program "Current Developments in Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Litigation" on November 11. The program discussed the recent significant developments in laws governing pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers and focused on the decisions impacting the preemption defense, the learned intermediary doctrine and e-discovery.
