Pat Concannon, a partner in Nutter’s Intellectual Property Department, will present at the next Nutter Biz + Bites Lunch Series event, “Trademarks for High Growth Food and Beverage Companies: Building Value for the Long Term.” A brand’s trademark must be viable in the long term. The trademark must be the best possible embodiment of a food or beverage company’s goodwill. Enviable brands require planning, nurturing, and thoughtful attention, but the resources needed to achieve successful brand positioning can be scaled and managed to meet early-stage budgets. Pat will lead a discussion centered around instructive trademark case studies and will focus on best practices, pitfall avoidance, and cost management with long-term brand success in mind.
