Caitlin Glynn, an associate in Nutter’s Private Client Department, will speak at the Boston Bar Association’s “Utilizing and Administering Non-Probate Transfers” event. Her program will provide an overview of the various types of non-probate transfers, and will include how to utilize these transfers to benefit clients and how to administer the assets upon a client’s passing.
