Jennifer Hagstrom

Jennifer Hagstrom is Professional Standards Counsel at Nutter, where she advises on conflicts of interest, ethics, and risk management matters. She has more than 25 years of experience in law firm conflicts and professional responsibility, with deep knowledge of the Rules of Professional Conduct and their application across multiple jurisdictions.

Prior to joining Nutter, Jennie held conflicts attorney and analyst roles at several national law firms, where she advised on complex conflict issues involving new business and lateral hires, conducted client due diligence, drafted conflict waivers and engagement letters, and implemented ethical walls.

Jennie earned her J.D. from Mitchell Hamline School of Law and her B.A. from the University of Minnesota.
