Tom Curry Quoted on Letters from the OCC in The Wall Street Journal

Tom Curry, a partner in Nutter’s Corporate and Transactions Department and co-leader of the firm’s Banking and Financial Services group, commented on the circumstances under which the OCC would send letters in The Wall Street Journal. Tom noted that letters are generally sent to individuals “to emphasize accountability” relating to “egregious behavior.”
