Tom Curry, a partner in Nutter’s Corporate and Transaction Department, was tapped to join the Massachusetts Securities Division Fintech Working Group by William Galvin, the Secretary of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. In this role, Tom will help financial technology businesses navigate regulatory requirements while allowing the state to fulfill its mandate to protect investors and to foster fair and efficient capital markets, as well as confidence in the markets.
