Phil Rosenblatt appointed to Equipment Leasing Association Legal Committee

Phil Rosenblatt was appointed to serve on the Legal Committee of the Equipment Leasing Association (ELA), a national organization comprised of member companies within the equipment leasing and finance industry. The committee includes in-house counsel and equipment leasing lawyers from financial services companies and firms throughout the country who meet to discuss substantive issues of importance to the equipment leasing and finance industry. As part of his involvement with ELA, Phil has been an active speaker at ELA’s Annual Conventions and Annual Legal Forums, as well as contributing time and expertise to a Legal Committee subcommittee that develops amicus briefs for matters that could affect the industry.

Phil co-chairs Nutter’s Commercial Finance practice and is a member of the Practice Development Committee. He represents a clientele of some of the largest blue chip financial services companies in the country in the specialized areas of corporate lending, asset-based commercial lending and equipment leasing, mortgage warehouse lending, and a variety of financing vehicles to the low-income housing tax credits industry.
