Nutter ranked first in Boston in the annual survey of summer associates satisfaction conducted by The American Lawyer, a national trade publication. The Firm has ranked in the top tier in this survey for each of the last five years, placing first from 2006-2008 and second last year. This year’s first place ranking complements the recently published results of the 2010 American Lawyer survey of midlevel associates in which Nutter placed first nationally.

The 2010 Summer Associates Survey is based on feedback from more than 4,000 summer associates at 137 firms surveyed nationwide. Nutter scored a perfect 5 out of 5 points in several categories including interest and satisfaction with the work, benefits and compensation, interaction with partners, training and acceptance of full time offers.

“We are proud of our summer associate program and consider each member an integral part of our team,” Nutter managing partner Michael Mooney said. “We are pleased with the survey results and believe they accurately reflect the firm’s commitment to training, mentorship and teamwork.”
