Henderson, a partner in the firm’s Labor, Employment and Benefits practice group, was featured in an Associated Industries of Massachusetts weblog (the “AIM Business Insider”) on September 15. AIM opposes pending legislation in Massachusetts that would change the law relating to employee non-competition agreements.
