David C. Henderson, a partner in Nutter’s Litigation Department and a member of its Labor, Employment and Benefits practice group, has been elected as a member of the Board of Directors of the New England Center and Home for Veterans (NECHV), effective January 1, 2017. NECHV’s mission involves equipping veterans facing or at-risk of homelessness with the tools for economic self-sufficiency and providing them paths to successful and dignified independent living. As a service and care provider for former military service men and women, the NECHV offers a broad array of programs and services that enable success, reintegration, meaningful employment, and independent living.
