Michael Mooney, the firm’s managing partner, Ian Roffman, a member of the firm’s Government Investigations and Securities Litigation practice groups, were involved in the production of MCLE’s recent book “Organizing and Dissolving a Massachusetts Business.” Mike served as editor for the book and authored the chapters, "Limited Liability Entities" and "Tax Aspects of Incorporation." Ian co-authored a chapter on corporate governance disputes, “Stockholder Freezeouts and Deadlocks”.
