David will present “Containing Litigation Tourism and the Practical Impact of the BMS Decision Thus Far.” David and the panelists will discuss how several notable decisions have shaped the way defendants will handle this litigation going forward; the impact thus far; implementation strategies in light of the BMS decision; and if any defenses based on the BMS case have been tried.
