Seth Berman, a partner in Nutter’s Litigation Department and leader of the firm’s Privacy and Data Security practice group, will present at the Boston Bar Association 2024 Privacy, Cybersecurity and Digital Law Conference. Seth will be a panelist on the “Bias and Ethics Issues for Tech Companies” session.

The BBA’s Annual Privacy, Cybersecurity and Digital Law Conference covers a wide range of topics each year, from data breach response, AI, litigation, compliance, and transactional issues. Panelists will address new developments in the legal and regulatory landscape, and share their insights into the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead.
