Tom Curry, a partner in Nutter’s Corporate and Transactions Department and co-leader of the firm’s Banking and Financial Services group, will discuss how the movement toward greater data transparency and consumer/patient control is changing data flow and use at the Milken Institute’s 2019 Global Conference. During the invite-only panel, “Driving Your Data: Personal Control in Finance and Health,” Tom will focus on the regulatory and policy environments that support open access to financial and health data for the purposes of empowering consumers with information that helps them manage their finances.
